Collected information is used solely to operate the Employee Hub portal, process benefits enrollment, and provide access to payroll and HR data as authorized by SCCOE policy.

SCCOE does not sell or share personal employee information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to deliver authorized HR services.

Access to the Employee Hub is protected by secure authentication (SSO/OpenID Connect). All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Access is restricted to authorized employees only.
